Lead times

We are able in most cases to quote 7-10 days turn around times – this does not include delivery logistics as this will be determined at the time of order. Please note that the lead time takes effect when pre-order conditions are satisfied, such as cleared funds received and final approved artwork/designs.

Revisions

All orders include 2 free rounds of revisions. After that any further edits or amendments will be chargeable. It is the duty of the customer to ensure everything is communicated in a timely and organised manner for our designers.

Payment

All orders require payment in advance.

Law of contract

The contract shall be governed and constituted in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom.

Pantone Number Colour Disclaimer

* Pantone numbers are matched as closely as possible but please be aware colours from “on screen”, to paper printing to material printing may vary when comparing directly. We recommend that graphics are 10-20% lighter so as to achieve as close as possible correlation between the final printed version of your cloth and the original artworks – We can offer “one-off” proofs for an additional fee which can be arranged by phone – Please enquire for further details.
